I am sure some of the anti firearms people I have reading this will be up in arms over this post, but I am proud!
I am very pro gun. I believe everyone has the right to bear firearms. Let me make this clear, no one needs or should have any mass killing machine.
So I have been waiting forever it seems to get my little guy a BB gun. Well just to get him behind a gun. I waited so long so I could teach him safety and all that stuff and he would understand. I got him two BB guns for Christmas and shooting cans in the back yard has been so fun. He also sometimes shows up mama even when I have the best shot around 
My good friend Donnie (my goddaughters daddy) and I traded kids today and I had little Bemah and he took Robert to the gun club…

Now mind you he has only ever shot a BB gun. I asked him how it went, he responded “It was awesome. I really love spending time with Donnie, I hope I can go with him more! Oh and it had a little kick back. I handled it pretty well Ma.”
Well I would say he did…
Yea kid doesn’t miss…
Now before you all think “Oh how close was the target? I mean no kid at the age of almost 13 can hit it that good.”
I would say that is a pretty fair distance!
So needless to say I am SO PROUD of him! I hope I get to go with them soon!

My son has his own serious air soft gun arsenal and has been playing with guns since he could figure out how to make one out of sticks. He’s 14 now. My husband hunts. I think everyone should be able to decide for themselves if they can handle a gun and the government should stay out of it. People who are going to commit gun crimes will get guns whether they are legal or not.
