I decided since I like ya’ll I would share some of my recipes today since it is Super Bowl Sunday
First up Chili.
So I love chili! I came up with this super easy recipe. So here it is!
- 1 pound of grown beef.
- 1 Can of tomato soup
- Big Can of tomato sauce. (The huge ones)
- A packet of chili mix. I use mild because ugh I hate spicy!
- A whole garlic minced up.
- Can of black beans and a can of kidney beans.
Brown the meat in a pan. While browning meat combine all the tomato stuff, garlic, chili mix and beans put in crock pot. Add the cooked ground beef stir it all and set on low for 4 hours then set on warm while serving.
My famous (OK maybe not famous but good and always wanted) Cheese Beef Dip Stuff
- One log of Velveeta cheese.
- A tub of sour cream.
- A pound of ground beef.
- Taco seasoning packet.
- Bag Of Corn Chips.
Brown/Cook the ground beef. Set aside.
Melt all the Velveeta by cutting it all up into squares. If you have time melt it in a pot I don’t ever wait for anything so I do it on 30 second intervals in the micro wave, stir every 30 seconds.
Take sour cream and mix into hot melted cheese. Microwave for 30 more seconds so it is still all hot.
Take the ground beef and taco seasoning, mix it into the cheese/sour cream mixture.
BAM! You got some YUMMY cheese dip! Take your corn chips and dip! YUMMY!
I kind of love chicken wings a lot. I am always so lazy to cook them though. So What do I do? Take out the crock pot! Set and forget my friends! So here is a super easy one! Sweet and yummy too!
- 3 lbs chicken wings, like 16 chicken wings.
- 2 cups honey
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup your favorite bottled barbecue sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Place wings on broiler pan and broil for 10 minutes on each side OR until brown.
Mix all the ingredients in bowl while waiting for the chicken wings.
When they are done put them in the crock pot and then pour all the sauce over it. Set on low for 4 hours.
So Yummy! I make these for the kids and I because the mail man doesn’t eat chicken from the bone.
Do you have any go to recipes for Super Bowl?
