Who doesn’t love a prepaid Visa card you can use anywhere with a low low fee?
I had the pleasure of working with the lovely people over at Card.com I received a $25 prepaid gift card in exchange for a fair and honest review. The thing I LOVE about these cards is that there is no credit check and you can load them whenever you want. Also they are so cool you get to pick from over 100 different designs, from the Care Bears to the Walking dead and everything in between.
I picked one of the adorable Norman Rockwell’s with the little boy and girl and of course their Basset Hound I don’t want to post a picture since it has personal info on it (my card number and full name.)
I used my card a few times at our local hospital. It was as easy as using a regular ATM or credit card.
There is a low fee of $5.95 a month unless you load more then $800 in one month then the fee is waived. You can use it anywhere that accepts Visa cards. You can load them with your pay pal, bank or Western Union. Much safer then carrying cash and it gives you convenience and peace of mind. With Visa Zero Liability Protection and 100% FDIC insurance you don’t have to worry!
“CARD.com prepaid Visa cards are your connection to what you love. Loading Card Members get VIP access and rewards focused on the passion pictured on their card. A card from your favorite band might get you early access to concert tickets or limited edition merch or free MP3s. A card from your favorite Cause might help provide clean water to a community in need or support cancer research.
CARD.com is safer than cash. All loaded funds are 100% FDIC insured. You can load money in many convenient ways including with cash at Western Union and through direct deposit from your employer or federal benefits. You can transfer funds from card to card. You can use ATMs and shop near home and around the world.”
So what do I think? I love it! I can go to ATMs, use it at stores and have a cool picture to go with it! I highly recommend this card for anyone who doesn’t want to carry cash or who needs the convenience of a credit card.
